Summary
The basis of this thesis was to propose by the consultants of our company iCRM proprietary system, means of identifying users visiting the website of IBS Poland.

Our response to the needs of IBS Poland was to implement a iCRM system in its full functionality. The system has been implemented across all sections of IBS website and allows IBS consultanst to monitor customer interest in company products and services.

IBS Poland consultants have the known (almost real-time) which company visited the corporate website and what information they was interested in.

The information generated by our system are the basis for establishing new business contacts
with companies that have not yet decided on making an query quotation. Since no inquiry does not mean a lack of interest, IBS Poland consultants can be the first to take the initiative to contact potential customers.

Cooperation with IBS Poland in the implementation of corporate website with the expansion of the iCRM functionality brought much good to the system itself. We listen carefully to customers opinions to improve the system. We are working on the expansion of its functionality and capabilities.

Implementation in IBS Poland we can define in one word – SUCCESS.

Implementation of iCRM System lasted 14 days, during acceptance testing has not found serious bugs in our application, and any comments related to the future expansion of the system to broaden its functionality.
